The rooms are well-situated, with room 5 facing away from the main road. The kitchen facilities are usable, although it should be noted that plates and cutlery are shared among all residents. The shower facilities are decent, but there have been some reports of sink blockages. Additionally, most guests have found the other residents to be quiet, respectful, and polite during their stay.

The location may not be ideal as it is off the beaten track and some guests mentioned a strong smell of weed and urine in the area.
